PDHSEQR User's Guide

PDHSEQR is a parallel ScaLAPACK-style library for solving nonsymmentric standard eigenvalue problems. The library is written in Fortran 90 and targets distributed memory HPC systems. The parallel software is based on a multishift QR algorithm with aggressive early deflation. This document concerns the implementation and usage of PDHSEQR and is a supplement to an ACM TOMS article by the authors.
