AI Competence for Sweden is a National initiative funded during the years 2018-2021 by the Swedish Government for the purpose to increase the general competence and knowledge about Artificial Intelligence (AI) in society. This report summarises the AI Competence for Sweden initiatives at Umeå University aimed at mobilising research and education on AI broadly across the disciplines and faculties at Umeå University during the years 2018-2021, presented at an open workshop in March 2022.
